Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
• Visa
• MasterCard
• PayPal
When will I be charged?
It depends on the payment method you used.
If you used a credit card or debit card you'll be charged when the order leaves the warehouse. Once you place the order we authorize the amount, then after the order leaves the warehouse we capture the amount.
If you used PayPal, you will be charged as soon as you place the order.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
You will receive an email confirmation email when your order has been processed. This confirms that your order has been placed successfully.
What emails will I receive?
Typically, we'll send you two emails when you order; the order confirmation (this is also your invoice) and the shipment confirmation. These emails do tell you when you have successfully placed your order and when the order has been shipped (with a track & trace code) It may take some time for the email to be received, please also check your junk/spam email folders if it has been over an hour and you still do not see your confirmation email.
There is one situation in which we'll send an additional email; when you return an order.
How long after receiving my confirmation email will I be able to track my order?
After you receive your shipment confirmation email, it can take up to 24 hours before you will be abl to track the package online. This is because your carrier needs to scan your package online. This is because your carrier needs to scan your package before you can track it. It can take slightly longer if there's a weekend in between.
How much will delivery cost?
A $10 shipping and handling fee applies for all orders below $100. Free delivery for all orders over $100, not including fees and taxes.
